Demolition work at Franklands Drive commenced on 2 November 2009. The demolition of three bungalows and the formation of a construction access are part of the pre-commencement works for this important new development. Construction work on the new development is due to commence early in 2010.
Respond member Elmbridge Housing Trust and Accent Peerless Housing Group secured detailed planning consent in Febraury 2009 for the new development at Addlestone, Surrey. The development will include 350 new homes for social rent, new build homebuy and intermediate rent. The scheme incorporates exemplary design standards including homezones, high levels of energy efficiency and large areas of public space.
