Golding Homes has commenced construction at Maidstone Borough Council's former Depot site in Armstrong Road. The scheme will provide new affordable homes by regenerating this brownfield site. Funding for the scheme has been secured from the Homes and Communities Agency and Maidstone Borough Council. Armstrong Road is part of a wider programme of new affordable homes developments across the borough. Armstrong Road is due to be completed in May 2012.
