Paragon Community Housing Group, contractors JLP, and developers Octagon, celebrated a ‘topping out’ ceremony at a new development in Walton-on-Thames.
The topping out ceremony, on 3rd June was attended by local councillors, representatives from Elmbridge Borough Council, and management and staff from all three partnership organisations.
Paragon Group Chief Executive Peter Morton said “We are very pleased to be part of the joint partnership working on this new development which will provide much needed affordable housing for the area”.
JLP Managing Director Peter Taylor said “ We are delighted to work on this flagship development that demonstrates exemplary partnership working at it’s very best”
The development in Mayfield Road will in total, provide 56 homes.
The project started in March 2009 and will be completed by July 2010. The properties will be managed by Elmbridge Housing Trust.
