Respond welcomed the introduction of the continuous bidding system known as Continuous Market Engagement by the Homes and Communities Agency. This has enabled members associations to secure additional grant funding of £7.6m so far this year for the delivery of an additional 150 homes. A number of other schemes are being preapred for submission.
