Respond member Elmbridge Housing Trust secured planning permissions for over 90 new affordable homes in a single evening this week. Planning consent for Oakbank Avenue, Walton and Faraday Road, Molesey was granted by Elmbridge BC on 30 June 2008. These consents will deliver much needed homes for rent and shared ownership in the Elmbridge BC area.
