Respond member housing association Mount Green Housing Association will be providing a development of 35 no. one and two bedroom flats in Howard Close, Ashtead Surrey.
The new homes will be made possible by the re-modelling of an existing Mount Green estate. The homes are being part funded using Housing Corporation grant monies under the 2008-2011 National Affordable Housing Programme.
Incorporating high levels of insulation and other energy-efficient features such as solar roof panels, the new properties are scheduled for completion in 2009.
