Respond has secured an additional £1.5m of Social Housing Grant to provide much needed affordable housing in Kent and Surrey. The funding will enable Respond members to provide homes for social rent and new build homebuy in Surrey and Kent. Respond Programme Director David Robinson said "We are delighted to have secured this additional funding from the Housing Corporation. We have many more schemes in the pipeline and are looking forward to working closely with the Housing Corporation under the new continuous bidding system."
