Respond is delighted to have secured funding for an addition 120 new homes in the recently announced Housing Corporation programme for 2008-2011. As a designated Investment Partner, Respond has been awarded over £10m of grant funding by the Housing Corporation.
David Robinson, Respond Programme Director said “we are delighted to have secured this additional funding which provides an great opportunity to build much needed affordable homes and continue our close working relationship with the Housing Corporation, our local authority partners and other stakeholders. ”
The funding will enable new affordable homes to be built by Respond in London and across the south east. “whilst we welcome the new funding, we want a lot more. We are already in discussions with the Housing Corporation and are poised to submit bids for a number of additional schemes in London and the South East in the forthcoming Regular Market Engagement process.”
