As part of our strategy for the continued delivery of affordable homes, we have submitted a bid for resources to the HCA for the Affordable Homes Programme for 2011-15. Our bid includes proposals for a range of new development in London, Surrey and Kent.
We look forward to continuing to work with the HCA and our local authority partners in the delivery of a range of affordable housing tenures across the region.
