Respond member, Elmbridge Housing Trust secured planning permission for 48 new affordable homes in Weybridge this week. The result was secured via a planning appeal after the original planning application was turned down.
David Robinson, Respond Programme Director said "We are delighted to have secured this decision which will result in the development of 48 much needed affordable homes in one of the most expensive areas in the country."
